Created in 2025, the work combines oil pastel and watercolor pencil on acid-free black mixed media paper. Miller uses the dark surface as an active part of the composition, building layers of cobalt blue, green, violet, rust, and brilliant white into a scene charged with light and movement.

At the center, a luminous figure commands attention while a child watches from below. Sweeping marks, deep shadows, and intense color create the sensation of witnessing something larger than oneself—a fleeting encounter in which sound, light, memory, and emotion seem to converge.

Undamaged artwork may be returned within 14 days of delivery after requesting a return. A 25% restocking fee applies, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and the work must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Custom or commissioned work and items marked Final Sale are non-returnable.
